Born 1948. M Pol Sc. Member of the board since 2001. Previously President of Essve Produkter and President of Alerta, the Ericsson Group’s counterpurchasing company. Founding member of Ledstiernan and Ledstiernan Partners in 1993. Considerable experience of work on the boards of some 30 Swedish and international companies, both listed and unlisted and including Diligentia, Dahl International, Essve, Finnveden, Lap Power, Multi Q and Östgötabanken. Active from Switzerland on international investor and board assignments like Les Trois Rocs SA, Swidon SA, Norgesinvestor AS, Avance Invest Ltd, Avance Invest Holding Inc, Systematic Captial Ltd, MRH Holding AS, 07 Gruppen AS.
